1. Your carpet orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 7 or a maximum of 10 business days. As the delivery times of the courier to the customer vary depending on the distance, the courier transit time will be added to these durations.

 

2. When you place your order and it begins to be prepared, you will receive a message on your registered mobile phone. This message will contain a tracking number. During the preparation process, this tracking number will not be active when entered into the system; it will begin to function once the order is handed over to the courier.

 

3. When your order is handed over to the courier, you will also receive a message stating that it has been shipped. This message will contain a tracking number. By entering this number, which contains a hyphen (-), into the shipment tracking section on our website, you can obtain information about the location of your package. As our system is integrated with Aras Kargo, you can easily access information such as your shipment tracking number.
